Free & Easy Returns & Exchanges

If you’re returning something that you bought or was given to you, you have options within 30 days of the original purchase:

  1. Return for Store Credit

Send to:
French Quarter Gift Shop – Returns/Exchanges
1601 Lafitte Ave, New Orleans, LA 70112

Include your name, email, and note that it was a gift. We’ll email you a gift card.

  1. Return for Exchange

    Send it back with a note stating the exact item and size you’d like instead. If available, we’ll ship it; if not, we’ll issue store credit.
  2. In-Store Exchange

    Prefer to handle it in person? Bring your item to our shop within 30 days and we’ll take care of it.

Shipping & Processing Times

  • Processing: Typically, 1–3 business days outside of peak season; 3–5 business days during holidays or special events. We’ll email you when your order ships.
  • Shipping Options:
  • Standard Shipping: 7–10 business days
  • Priority Shipping: 2–3 business days
  • Need it faster? Email shipping@frenchquarter.com and we’ll do our best to rush it.
  • Returned to Sender: If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for reshipping costs. Please double-check your address before placing your order.
  • Made-to-Order Items: May require an additional 3–5 processing days and ship separately at no extra cost.

International Shipping

We currently ship internationally upon request.

Local In-Store Pickup

Choose “Pickup In Store” at checkout if you’re local:

  • Pickup is available at our French Quarter Gift Shop at Basin St. Station, 501 Basin St, New Orleans, LA 70112.
  • We’ll email (and call, if you provide a number) within 1–4 business days when your order is ready.
  • Orders are held for 30 days. Unclaimed orders are restocked and are not eligible for refunds.

Returns, Exchanges & Damages

  • Items can be returned or exchanged (in-store or via email within 30 days if unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and unfragranced.
  • After 30 days, store credit is issued in the form of a gift card.
